Traditional, artisan methods of smoking and Loch Duart Scottish salmon exclusively are used to produce our range of premium smoked salmon.

 

The flavour imparted by the smoking processes are an addition to, rather than a substitute for, the delicate natural flavour of the salmon and many people believe you can enhance the great tastes even further by purchasing whole sides.

 

Oak Roasted Flaky Salmon has won over 20 awards including Product of the Year in 2009 at the Scotland Food & Drink Awards, where it was dubbed "an iconic Scottish food". Recent awards include Scotland's 'Food Oscar' in 2012 and a sixth Great Taste Award in 2013.All three product lines have won recent Great Taste awards.

Prime-cut Loch Duart fresh salmon portions are supplied in boxes of 20 portions weighing 2.8 kilos. They will be courier delivered in 24 hours in specially designed insulated packaging with frozen gel packs to hold the goods as frozen.

Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
